In this position, you’ll support our customers at every stage of their journey — from the first contact until they return home.
Your responsibilities will include answering questions, assisting with bookings, and ensuring that every traveller feels well taken care of.
We’re looking for someone who’s communicative, kind, and well-organised — a person who knows how to listen, solve problems, and build friendly relationships with people from around the world.
Requirements
Experience in customer service (experience in the travel industry will be an advantage)
Fluency in Polish, Finnish, German, or English
Knowledge of Greek geography and main tourist attractions
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (comfortable communication with the team and business partners)
Proficiency in Office 365 tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional attitude and high personal culture in interactions with clients, partners, and colleagues
Access to a stable, high-speed internet connection (for remote work)
