3. The User is obliged to pay the fee in accordance with the payment terms indicated in the booking confirmation.

1. All prices displayed are gross prices (when applicable) and may change before the contract is concluded.

– BLIK mobile payments.
3. The online payment operator is PayPro S.A., Pastelowa 8, 60‑198 Poznań, Poland (Przelewy24.pl).
4. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the Participation Terms.
1. The User may withdraw in accordance with the Participation Terms.
2. Cancellation fees may apply based on the offer and Participation Terms.
3. The Service Provider may cancel or modify a service due to reasons beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, decisions of carriers). The User is entitled to:
– accept the modified offer;
– withdraw and receive a full refund.
1. The Service Provider strives for proper operation of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by using or inability to use the Website unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
3. Liability regarding travel services complies with Greek and EU law.

2. To ensure efficient handling of complaints, it is recommended that the submission includes in particular:
a) information enabling identification of the User,
b) a description of the objections raised, including the date on which they occurred,
c) information about the booking or service to which the complaint relates,
d) the User’s contact details.
3. The Service Provider shall take steps to review the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The User will be informed of the outcome of the complaint in accordance with the contact details provided in the submission.
4. These rules do not apply to complaints concerning the performance of travel service contracts, which are handled in accordance with the Terms of Participation and applicable legal provisions.
1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the Website.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Greek law and, to the extent applicable, the provisions of European Union law shall apply.
3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or from agreements concluded through it shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider, i.e., the court having jurisdiction under Greek law, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
