Please note that last-minute bookings may not be possible due to limited availability.
Excursions are organised by independent local providers working with Seeplaces.com. Their offers are available on our website and in your customer portal.

Yes. Your booking includes medical expenses and personal accident insurance, subject to the coverage and insured amounts specified in the insurance policy provided to you.
During the booking process, you may also be able to select an enhanced insurance option for additional coverage.
If you are a citizen of an EU Member State, we also recommend travelling with a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). It allows you to access medically necessary healthcare within Greece's public healthcare system under the conditions applicable to people insured in Greece. The EHIC does not replace travel insurance.
Information about the permitted number, weight and dimensions of your baggage is available in your booking confirmation and on our website:
https://olakala.travel/airlines-and-baggag
Please note that exceeding the permitted weight or size limits may result in additional charges imposed by the airline. Details of baggage restrictions and any applicable fees can be found on the airline's official website.
Regularly check the airport information screens and your airline's announcements for updates on your departure time.
In the event of a significant delay, you can contact the airline's ground handling representative at the airport. They can provide information about the expected departure time and any assistance you may be entitled to, such as meals, refreshments or accommodation, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Our customer support team is also available to assist you if needed.
If your baggage does not arrive or is damaged, report the issue immediately at the Lost & Found or baggage services desk at the airport, before leaving the arrivals area.
Ask the airline to issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and keep a copy for your records.
For damaged baggage, a written claim to the airline must generally be submitted within 7 days of receiving the baggage. For delayed baggage, the written claim must be submitted within 21 days of the date the baggage is made available to you.
Include the PIR, your boarding pass, baggage check receipt and, where available, photographs of the damage and documents confirming any expenses incurred. Keep the original baggage tags until the matter has been resolved.
